Grilled Snafu Wings

There’s nothing we look forward to more than wing night at the WarPig Bunker. This recipe using Sgt Butter, BullZooka, and SNAFU will wow your guests and have them begging for more.

2 lbs chicken wings
2 Tbsp Sgt Butter Elite BBQ Rub
1 cup SNAFU Elite BBQ Sauce
2 tsp olive oil
2 Tbsp BullZooka Elite BBQ Rub
Optional: chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Make sure the grates are
clean and well-oiled to prevent sticking.

Rinse the chicken wings and pat them dry with paper towels. Season them with BullZooka.

In a bowl, mix together SNAFU Elite BBQ Sauce, olive oil, and Sgt
Butter. This will be both your marinade and basting sauce.
Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and pour half of the marinade over them. Toss the wings to coat them evenly. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes, or you can marinate them overnight in the refrigerator for more flavor.

Place the marinated wings on the preheated grill. Grill for about 20-
25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the wings are cooked through
and have a nice char.

During the last 5-10 minutes of grilling, baste the wings with the
remaining marinade to build up a flavorful glaze. Be sure to turn the
wings to coat them evenly.

Make sure the wings are cooked through with no pink meat near the
bone. The internal temperature should reach 165°F.

Remove the wings from the grill and place them on a serving platter.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired.

Serve your grilled SNAFU wings hot and enjoy the delicious flavor of SNAFU Elite BBQ Sauce!
